The 4^th edition of the Junior Rugby Sevens Tournament and Festival www.junior7s.com will be held in the weekend of 12 & 13 February 2022.

Rugby Youth Sevens interest has never been higher everywhere at all ages and for this reason Sports Ventures and the Portuguese Rugby Union are organizing, once again, this annual youth rugby tournament that combines great sevens rugby with a fantastic weekend in the beautiful region of the Algarve, in the south of Portugal.

The Junior Rugby Sevens Tournament and Festival is the most international youth rugby sevens tournament in Europe, with teams from all over the world visiting the Algarve to embark on a memorable rugby tour experience and play sevens rugby with youth rugby teams from around the world!

The  Junior Rugby Sevens Tournament is an annual event that takes place during the same week every year, and next year Sports Ventures has decided to chose the Algarve region, to host the 4th edition of the event.  Recently elected by the World Travel Awards the World’s Leading Beach Destination, the Algarve presents ideal conditions for all teams to have another memorable experience playing sevens rugby this time by the beach.

The Junior 7s is the most exciting rugby sevens tournament & festival in Europe for clubs & schools youth teams. It is a 02 day event held in the beautiful region of the Algarve and played in three (3) age groups: Under 14s, Under 16s & Under 18s. The Junior 7s is quickly establishing itself as the main rugby tournament in Europe for youth sevens rugby.
